London Irish came from behind to defeat Saracens 33-16 in the English Premiership at Twickenham on Saturday.
Saracens took the lead early and were ahead 10-6 at half-time, but Irish capitalised on the second-half sin-binning of Saracens' Alex Goode to haul themselves into the lead.
Delon Armitage scored two tries and Sailosi Tagicakibau one to put Irish ahead before they lost Paul Hodgson to the sin bin in the 63rd minute, giving Saracens a glimmer of hope.
Before Saracens could make the man advantage count, a penalty try and another sin-binning just over 10 minutes later - this time against Kevin Barrett - ended any hopes of a comeback.
Topsy Ojo added another try late on to add gloss to the victory for London Irish.
Wasps and Harlequins couldn't be separated in the second game of the day at Twickenham, with the score finishing 29-29.
Quins took the lead two minutes in through a Nick Easter try and Nick Evans conversion, with Evans and Mark Van Gisbergen trading points for both teams.
Joe Worsley was sin binned on 33 minutes but Quins couldn't take advantage, with Wasps holding a seven-point lead at half-time.
One penalty apiece just after the break made it 26-19, before Evans' fifth penalty of the afternoon brought Quins to within four points 15 minutes into the second half.
A Mike Brown try and Evans' second conversion of the afternoon made the score 29-26 in Harlequins' favour. But Van Gisbergen had the last say, levelling the scores 29-29 with a penalty five minutes from time.
Exeter opened their Premiership account with a 22-10 win over Gloucester at Sandy Park, Exeter.
Gareth Steenson was the hero for the home team, scoring 17 points through one conversion, four penalties and a dropped goal.
Steenson's opposite number, Nicky Robinson, endured a match to forget after failing to convert any of his five attempts on goal.
Exeter took the lead barely four minutes in and Gloucester, who lost Olly Morgan to injury, failed to recover from Robinson's inaccuracy.
