New Zealand batsmen Martin Guptill and Kane Williamson dominated the side's latest warm-up game, which it won by 86 runs in Darwin against Maharashtra.
New Zealand posted 319 in its 50 overs with Guptill scoring 87 from 94 balls while Williamson hit 86 from 94, an innings in which he hit only three boundaries.
Captain Ross Taylor hit 39 from 33 balls while Scott Styris scored 22 from 14 while the lower-order saw Jacob Oram his 15 from 12, Daryl Tuffey 17 from 12 and Kyle Mills 14 from 11.
Williamson capped a good day by taking 3-23 as he swept through the lower-order to see the Indians dismissed for 233 in 46.1 overs.
Tim Southee suffered when conceding 60 runs from his eight overs but Oram had 2-16 from four and Andy McKay 2-10 from five. Jeetan Patel was the only New Zealand bowler to get through 10 overs with 1-38.
New Zealand won the first game by nine runs and the sides meet again on Friday.
