The Eastern Conference has won the NBA All-Star game, defeating the West 141-139 at Cowboys Stadium in Dallas in front of a record crowd.
Miami Heat's Dwayne Wade poured in 28 points and added 11 assists and Dallas native Chris Bosh, who plays for the Toronto Raptors, made the winning free throws with five seconds remaining and finished with 23 points in front of a 108,713-strong crowd.
Denver Nuggets guard Carmelo Anthony led the West - missing Los Angeles Lakers superstar Kobe Bryant through injury - with 27 points.
An ankle problem accounted for Bryant's absence, while fellow co-Most Valuable Player in the 2009 All-Star game Shaquille O'Neal was not selected for the East.
O'Neal's Cleveland Cavaliers team-mate LeBron James was influential for the East, netting 25 points.
